Since late 2022, we have been making significant strides in developing in-depth research into the logistics sectors.

We are undertaking this research with the assistance of Deloitte to further understand and work to address the workforce development needs in the industry.

We encourage our industry partners across the logistics sectors to contribute to this research through this survey.

Your answers will help us in our efforts to develop a report that reflects, acknowledges, and understands the needs of your industry and support the further development of existing kaimahi and pathways for rangatahi to thrive in the logistics sectors.

This survey was previously circulated across industry associations and directly from Hanga-Aro-Rau. We appreciate those that have taken the time to share your whakaaro already with our team.

We understand that the weather events and flooding have significantly impacted many across Aotearoa. Our thoughts are with the many businesses, kaimahi and whānau affected.
